Naturally fermented wine made from tree ripened fresh Australian grown persimmons.
This wine was crafted using the long fermentation method followed by over 20 years bottle aging under cork, prior to final bottling.
Aged rancio and subtle dried persimmon nuances combine with balanced acidity and sweetness for a not overly sweet liqueur style wine ideally suited as an alternative to the traditional after dinner glass of port.
Serve at room temperature, on its own or with cheese & dried fruit following a meal.
