Our Quince NV dry table wine is a wine intended for serving prior to, or at the beginning of a meal.

The wine is a blend of quince wines crafted using two different winemaking techniques. While not actually fortified, there are elements shared with more traditional aperitif wines such as slightly higher strength and some sherry notes.

Aged on lees for two years, then bottled unoaked for drinking now. Enjoy well chilled!
