Our Quince 2015 dessert wine is a wine intended for serving towards, or at the end of a meal. A blend of quince wines crafted using two slightly different winemaking techniques. Full bodied and complex with a degree of sweet stewed fruit and balanced acidity. Taste is sweet, though not overly so due to it’s higher acidity. Aged on lees for two years, then bottled unoaked for drinking now. Enjoy well chilled with a favorite dessert!
