A tad less overwhelming compared to our Whole Mandarin Fortified, our Mandarin Ginger Fortified is more of a liqueur than a wine. Very smooth with a good balance of mandarin fruit and a little ginger spice. It's simply delightful as an after dinner tipple in cooler months. You can keep a bottle in your freezer to have over ice or use in a refreshing cocktail (in place of triple sec/ Cointreau) on those balmy summer days.
