First released at Budburst 2022, this was by far our most popular wine on the day. The intensity of lemon is well balanced with a good hit of ginger spice. It's a great after dinner digestive or over ice in warmer months. With whisky as a sidecar or tequila/ mescal as a margarita with a ginger twist (no need for the triple sec/ Cointreau). Very delicious indeed!
