Aged for two years prior to bottling. A nice degree of French and American oak. A very nice traditional Australian blend, well balanced medium to full bodied red. Not filtered. Great as is but will also benefit by allowing it to breath or decanting. Note: This wine could also be labeled as Syrah-Cabernet as it is a 50/50 blend but as the Cabernet is a little more pronounced we haven't done that...
