Aged for two years prior to bottling. Nuances of mulberry fruit combined with smoky French oak. Very popular at wine tastings with those looking for a more traditional full bodied red. We haven't used egg white fining in our wines so this one still has a nice level of natural tannin but not objectionable if drinking now, or you could cellar for another ten years... not filtered. This one will definifely benefit by allowing it to breath and with decanting too.
