2014 MOURVEDRE fortified 375ml
Also known as Mataro or Monastrell, this wine was crafted using the partial fermentation followed by fortification method. A period of over 30 months aging then followed prior to bottling.
A minimally aged wine with fresh plum and raisin nuances.
Serve at room temperature, on its own or with cheese & dried fruit following a meal. Can also be enjoyed as a pre-dinner aperitif chilled from the fridge (French tradition).
